The Healthcare Otago Charitable Trust has helped fund numerous projects and education opportunities at the Southern District Health Board.

Dunedin and Wakari Hospitals

Funds to purchase couches for wards at the respective hospitals

Older Persons Health: Dunedin Hospital

Funds to purchase a specialist chair for patients

Anesthesia Department: SDHB 

Funding for the development of an iPhone app for the purpose of Quality Assurance

Chapels Fund: Dunedin and Wakari Hospitals

The funding and maintenance of chapels and chaplaincy services in the Otago region. 

Organising Committee for the National Forensic Court Liaison Nurse Symposium

To contribute to running a National Mental Health Court Liason Nurse Symposium in Dunedin

To cover registration costs for a registrar for a social media in Critical Care conference in Chicago.
