The Trust recognises that funding equipment can provide additional comfort and advance the health services provided in the Otago region. Equipment and capital grants assist with the purchase of items for patient, staff and health services use within the Otago region.
Applications for equipment of above $1000 must be supported by two quotations.
The application form for amounts below $5000 can be downloaded here. A separate form exists for applications for amounts above $5000 (download here). Applications should be sent by email to [email protected].
Applications can be accepted at any time (there is no closing date), but funding decisions are made by the Trust board at its next meeting. The dates of the 2018 meeting schedule will be published on this website and through the media.
